How did you learn about the Blue Flower Arts Winter Writers' Conference?
REGISTRATION:
$150 registration fee reserves your space and must be included with registration form. Deposits are non-refundable after November 1, 2013.

BALANCE DUE:
Deadline for payment of balance is due by November 30, 2013. Participants who have registered but have not paid by this date will have the remaining balance charged to the credit card provided, unless other arrangements have been made.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellations made after December 10, 2013 will result in forfeiture of entire payment.

RESERVATION FEE
Reserves your place in conference and is the minimum payment in order to register. Reservation fee is deducted from total conference fee. This fee is refundable until November 1, 2013.
